    Really good wellness facilities provided great relaxation.

    The bathroom sink was clogged, quite inconvenient. My wife and I faced long waits for breakfast. We often had to flag down staff for drink refills, which took away from the dining atmosphere.

    The rooms were contemporary and new-fashioned with a great view kept by the affable staff. The location was great - close enough to the Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero and Paris for the Marathon. The place was minutes from L'etoile Venitienne, where you can have dinner.

    Great stay, but missed the mark on service

    The room was lovely and super clean, which I loved! The staff was friendly and even gave us cooling cloths when it was super hot outside. The rooftop is fine, but getting a seat was a mess since they didn't handle the reservations well. I expected more from the concierge at this price.
