Nice hotel with its spa & wellness center, 24-hour reception, and luxurious dining options. The staff once helped me find places with great exchange rates, which I still remember. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort. I'm coming back for a city break!

Perfect and gorgeous accommodation with amiable staff from the doormen to the restaurant manager. The luxurious and new-fashioned room with a great view. Lots of food available in the garden. Smooth check-in, late check-out...

Really good wellness facilities provided great relaxation.
The bathroom sink was clogged, quite inconvenient. My wife and I faced long waits for breakfast. We often had to flag down staff for drink refills, which took away from the dining atmosphere.

The rooms were contemporary and new-fashioned with a great view kept by the affable staff. The location was great - close enough to the Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero and Paris for the Marathon. The place was minutes from L'etoile Venitienne, where you can have dinner.

A few things you should know
The staff radiates really good warmth and knowledge. From beautifully designed rooms to good breakfast offerings, every moment feels like a luxurious treat.
While the accommodations are beautiful, I found some service aspects lacking. For instance, inconsistencies in the front desk's responsiveness can lead to frustration during check-in or requests.

Great stay, but missed the mark on service
The room was lovely and super clean, which I loved! The staff was friendly and even gave us cooling cloths when it was super hot outside. The rooftop is fine, but getting a seat was a mess since they didn't handle the reservations well. I expected more from the concierge at this price.

Had a blast with friends! We explored iconic spots like the Eiffel Tower and enjoyed dinner at an amazing spot with a view. The gym and pool were great too. Our room was spacious and comfy. A heads up, expect a bit of a wait during peak hours for service, but that's just part of the experience!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel! The early check-in and a delicious breakfast waiting for us made our stay extra special, and our kids loved the indoor pool and relaxing spa treatments. Just a small hiccup with the room service timing, but overall, it was a fantastic experience for our family. 🥰

The room was super spacious and felt really luxurious. Loved how everything was automated-like, I controlled the lights and curtains with an iPad! The décor had this elegant vibe. Plus, the bathroom was huge and had heated floors, awesome. Only downside was that it took a bit to get service when I needed something, but that's kinda expected in a busy place like this.
